Reduction of Food Waste Loss

We have tried to reduce food waste loss in collaboration with the e-Food Safety Initiative Group (Study Group for Food Safety Assurance ). Our approach is based on the data regarding food safety which can be collected from facilities and production lines in food processing factories. These data, in principle, related to HACCP is stored in a data base to find out and determine any possible and causal relationship between environmental conditions and food safety data. For such purpose, our specialists, data scientists and food safety specialists, can analyze the data using the data base. We believe that the more that data increases, the more accurate causal relationships will be discovered, which might contribute to reduce food waste loss during food processing.
